who can come up to speed quickly

ASAP.
Required
Skills:
2+ years developing Microsoft
Visual Basic/SQL Client Server
Applications
2+ years relational Database experience
with SQL Server
1+ years crystal reports
Experience in leading software
development teams and managing
implementation projects.
2+ Experience performing requirements,
gathering and software design
Strong written and verbal communication
skills
Possess creative problem solving
skills
Responsibilities
:
Designing, Developing, Testing,
and Deploying new implicational
functionalities
Development of architecture specifications
application partitioning, object
and data modeling, database design,
programming, quality assurance,
and implementation support.
Enhancing, modifying existing
functionalities
Experience Required:
2+ years in application development
Bachelor of Science in Computer
Science
Experience with the product life
cycle and strong understanding
of the role of methodology.
Experience with object oriented
design and programming techniques.
Experience with creating applications
using browser/server tools and
technologies (ASP, C++, XML, SSL,
.NET, SQL server, MSMQ, MTS, Java
Script)
